Meet Michelle!

Administrative Assistant

Michelle Hinckley has served as Administrative Assistant for EHTC since 2021. She’s a graduate of Western Michigan University, and this is her first position in the field of finance and business. Michelle’s role is to make a positive first impression and provide an exceptional client experience, ensuring that their needs are met from the minute they walk in the door to the minute they leave. She also supports the office by keeping supplies stocked and easy to find, making sure that everyone has what they need to do their jobs, and helping with a variety of projects that will have a lasting impact on the firm and her colleagues.

Michelle appreciates that each day at EHTC is different, and she also loves the people she works with. She advises would-be administrative professionals to give it time. She says, “You may not be an expert yet, but eventually you will learn all that you need to succeed.”
