Andrew Kolar serves as a Transaction Advisory Services Associate at EHTC, having launched his professional journey in the same organization as an intern. He's proud to state his first year with EHTC was filled with learning, growth, and transition from valuations to Financial Due Diligence (FDD).

Equipped with a BSBA degree in Accounting from Ashland University, Andrew brings rigorous academic training to his role. He has harnessed his expertise to offer comprehensive financial due diligence services and deliver quality earnings analyses for clients, ultimately making significant impacts on their businesses and organizations.

A typical day for Andrew might find him creating data books, meticulously reviewing financial statements, or drafting thorough reports.
