CPA | Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Brennon Dick, CPA, MBA is a seasoned professional in Transaction Advisory Services, currently serving as a Manager at EHTC. He is an alumnus of Grand Valley State University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance and a Master’s of Business Administration. Brennon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, with over six years of public accounting experience previously at BDO USA in both Assurance and Transaction Advisory.

Driven by a genuine passion for learning and networking, Brennon looks to be a trusted resource for businesses facing challenges and opportunities. He finds immense satisfaction in being able to guide business leaders through the complexities of their financial landscape. Specializing in quality of earnings and financial due diligence, Brennon's focus revolves around providing strategic buyers and sellers, as well as private equity and financial sponsors, with valuable insights during transactions. His holistic approach to understanding businesses and commitment to asking insightful questions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels sets him apart in the field.

Brennon is a firm believer in the power of relationships; he is active in the West Michigan community and participates in professional organizations such as the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), The Economic Club of Grand Rapids, Forest Hills Business Association, and the Ada Business Association.  Additionally, he volunteers with The Heart of West Michigan United Way's Emerging Leaders, a group committed to uniting community resources to invest in solutions that reduce poverty.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him drinking a local brew (coffee or beer), attempting to do projects on his 60s ranch home, at the Lake, or doing any and all outside activities the Midwest seasons have to offer with his wife, Rachel, and dog, Scout.
