Meet Logan!

Tax Associate

Logan Martens is a dedicated Tax Associate at EHTC, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong foundation in accounting to the team. A 2022 graduate of Grand Valley State University with a BBA in Accounting, Logan's passion for numbers was sparked during his high school years. He discovered his interest in accounting through several classes and carried that enthusiasm into college, where he decided to pursue a career in the field after completing his general education requirements.

Despite being relatively new to the professional world, Logan has already gained valuable experience through two tax internships, where he honed his skills in tax preparation and client relationship management. His commitment to building meaningful relationships is evident, not only in his professional endeavors but also in his personal life. Logan values the connections he makes with colleagues and clients, striving to understand their needs and what they value most.

Logan's approach to work is characterized by his friendly and collaborative nature. He appreciates the supportive environment at EHTC, where everyone is willing to lend a hand and answer questions. This camaraderie helps him manage the occasional stress that comes with the job, especially during busy seasons. Logan finds the industry highly rewarding, particularly when the pace slows down in the summer, allowing for more balance and personal time.

Outside of work, Logan is an avid NFL fan, passionately supporting the Jacksonville Jaguars. He enjoys spending his free time watching games, playing Xbox with friends, and hanging out with family. Logan's interpersonal skills, combined with his technical expertise, make him a valuable asset to both his team and clients as he continues to work towards obtaining his CPA.
