Meet Ross!

CPA | Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Ross Connolly, CPA, joined EHTC in 2023 as Transaction Advisory Services Manager, focusing much of his time on providing quality of earnings analyses and other financial due diligence services for lower middle market clients.

Following his graduation from Central Michigan University in 2019, Ross started his career at a large accounting firm as an Assurance Associate and later decided to pursue an opportunity in Transaction Advisory Services at a small firm in Southeast Michigan. Learning the ins and outs of the transaction process strengthened his skills and expertise, and ultimately inspired him to join the expert team at EHTC. Ross has experience working in the auto-supply, manufacturing, and professional services industries.

His typical day-to-day workload includes data book creation, review of financial analyses, report writing, and corresponding with clients. Additionally, Ross plays a key role in business development and in the training of team members, supporting the growth of the Advisory Services team.

What Ross enjoys most about working at EHTC are the kind and genuine people, and having a leadership team with a growth mindset. His advice to those looking to be successful in the accounting and finance industry is to seek out new experiences and always strive to learn new skills.

When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find Ross on the golf course in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. He loves any opportunity to travel and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
