Meet Shawna!

Executive Assistant

Meet Shawna Pendergrass! She offers tremendous support to our Advisory Team Partners and plays a key role in facilities management as well as overseeing our front desk staff.

Shawna brings a wealth of experience, having most recently supported two E.O.S. Implementers, as well as serving on the leadership team for E-Leap, Gino Wickman’s newest venture. This has given her valuable insight into the world of E.O.S. Prior to that, she worked in investor relations at Blackford Capital and also worked with Michigan Capital Network and Grand Angels.

At her core, Shawna is a people person—skilled at building relationships, networking, and event planning. Her energy, enthusiasm, and passion are evident every day as she contributes to our team.

Outside of work, Shawna’s passions extend to travel, with Puerto Rico holding a special place in her heart. Shawna is also a bit of a ‘car girl’; has a couple of cats that rule the house; tries to have a green thumb; loves working out (hiking is her favorite!); and cherishes spending time with her adult children.
