Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager
As a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager at EHTC, Tony Krause specializes in tax due diligence project management. He plays a key role in tracking and managing transaction-related projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution when supporting clients through the seller diligence process.
Tony earned both his B.A. in Accounting and his Master of Accounting with a focus on Taxation from Michigan State University. He began his career in public accounting before transitioning into business ownership, where he gained valuable experience in financial management and leadership.
Before joining EHTC, Tony spent a decade owning and operating Service Professor, where he oversaw the finance department, served as the Integrator of the leadership team, and analyzed KPIs to drive financial results and accountability. His expertise lies in preparing sellers for exit strategies, maximizing value, and ensuring efficient transaction processes.
Tony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). His understanding of financial operations and transaction advisory services enables him to provide strategic guidance to clients navigating business transitions.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, golfing, watching movies, and catching up with friends. He’s also a dedicated Michigan State Spartans and Detroit Lions fan.
